Invoice Layout
If you want a customised layout for the JobTrack Invoices, you can create the layout as a standard HTML file and include special codes where you want the particular data displayed. The codes take the form of #z.XXXX# where z is the particular database [ie c. = Clients database, j. = Jobs database etc] and XXXX is the exact field name in the database . . . eg #c.Address#, #c.State#, #c.Post Code#, #j.Job Number#.
The following unique Invoice information fields should be included somewhere on your layout . .
#Invoice_Date#
#Invoice_Price#
#Invoice_Discount#
#Invoice_Amount#
#Invoice_Tax#
#Invoice_Total#
Images/Logos can be included on this layout, but they will need to be uploaded to your JobTrack site first [Upload images]
Note that the field names are case sensitive.
