Clients listing

The Clients listing is the heart of the JobTrack system. Clients need only be entered into the system once and the fields of information collected about a client are completely customisable.

The basic client information shown in the Clients listing table is also customisable.

In fact all areas of the JobTrack system can be adjusted to suit your needs including . . .

• the information displayed on initial summary screens
• the information displayed/entered in full detail mode
• the layout and content of printed information 

The Clients displayed in the summary Clients list can be sorted and filtered by any field, or group of fields, so that only the required clients are shown. Hovering over the "edit" icon  displays a visual menu giving access to any existing Jobs and Quotes, and icons to create new jobs or quotes.
